I offer several services including Mental Health and Wellness coaching, trauma-informed yoga facilitation, meditation and breathwork, and wellness education.

These offerings can be virtual or in-person, communal or individual.

mental health and wellness coaching

Mental Health and Wellness coaching is a client-centered, collaborative approach to fostering self-discovery and positive behavior change. We will work together to identify areas where you desire growth and/or change, and collaborate to come up with practical and doable practices to help you achieve your goals.

Coaching is for you if:

there are areas in your life where you’re feeling stuck,

you struggle with self care or prioritizing your wellness,

you want to develop habits but can’t seem to figure out how,

you have habits you want to let go of,

you desire a healthier lifestyle (physically, mentally, emotionally, or otherwise),

you want to strengthen your self care practices,

you have goals you want to achieve and need some support in creating strategies, accountability, and tracking your progress.

How is coaching different than therapy?

Where therapy includes processing and healing from the past, coaching is more so focused on the present and future. It is similar to therapy in some ways, but the emphasis in coaching is on helping you make the changes that will increase your sense of health and wellbeing. Coaching can be a great addition if you are already in therapy, and are looking for support in creating and achieving goals to keep you moving in a positive direction on your mental health and wellness journey.

  • Corporate Yoga + Wellness

    I offer virtual yoga and meditation classes, and Mental Health and Wellness coaching services to businesses of all sizes. These offerings help foster a culture of wellness within your work environment, and offer employees an opportunity to strengthen their health and wellbeing to prevent and mitigate burnout, foster a positive work culture, and cultivate work-life balance.

  • Private Events

    I offer both virtual and in-person yoga classes, meditation and/or breathwork sessions, and tarot readings for private events such as weddings, conferences, parties, and more! This can be such a sweet addition to your event that leaves your guests with long-lasting benefits.

yoga in the park

Sundays at 12pm (weather permitting) I lead a free yoga practice in one of Atlanta’s most beautiful parks: Freedom Park. No registration required and no experience necessary. Come as you are to practice self care through movement, breath, nature, and community.

I began this free class in August 2020, at the height of covid and quarantine. This was my love offering to the community during a time of uncertainty. I wanted to hold space for us to come together and connect with ourselves, each other, and nature. I didn’t want folks to have to register or pay a fee. I wanted my community to be able to simply show up, exactly as they are, for a rare opportunity to just be.

As long as folks keep showing up, so will I. This is my favorite public class I’ve ever offered, and is as healing for me as it is for you.
