I offer several services; virtual and in-person, communal and individual.

I would love to share the practices of yoga and self care with you! Read below to see what I’ve got to offer:

yoga in the park

Every Saturday at 12pm (weather permitting) I lead a free yoga practice in one of Atlanta’s most beautiful parks: Freedom Park. No registration required and no experience necessary. Come as you are to practice self care through movement, breath, nature, and community.

I began this free class in August 2020, at the height of covid and quarantine. This was my love offering to the community during a time of uncertainty. I wanted to hold space for us to come together and connect with ourselves, each other, and nature. I didn’t want folks to have to register or pay a fee. I wanted my community to be able to simply show up, exactly as they are, for a rare opportunity to just be.

As long as folks keep showing up, so will I. This is my favorite public class I’ve ever offered, and is as healing for me as it is for you.

1 on 1 coaching gives you individualized time towards developing your self care and wellness practices. In these sessions, I provide you with information, tools, guidance, and support as you cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself, and work towards a life that is truly aligned with your deepest desires and purpose.

You can schedule a 1 off appointment, or sign up for The Complete Self Care Coaching Package, where we devote 4 sessions to work on your goals and cultivate a practice that lasts beyond our sessions.

Join me at Bring it Om Yoga in Virginia Highlands! You can find me every week:

Tuesdays at 9:30am - Power Flow

A heated practice that will challenge you to deepen your physical practice, build strength and mobility, and practice presence. We will move through a flow that will leave you feeling strong, open, and sweaty! (All levels welcome.)

Wednesdays at 7:30pm - Restorative Flow

A warm, gentle practice focused on going inward and practicing presence. In this practice we slowly move through stretches, held for several minutes at a time, that will open the muscles and relax the nervous system. (All levels welcome; accessible for all bodies.)

    I offer virtual yoga classes, meditation sessions, and coaching services to businesses of all sizes. These offerings help foster a culture of wellness within your work environment, and offer employees an opportunity to grow in self-care to mitigate burnout, and cultivate work-life balance.

  • Private Events

    I offer both virtual and in-person yoga classes, meditation and/or breathwork sessions, and tarot readings for private events such as weddings, conferences, parties, and more! This can be such a sweet addition to your event that leaves your guests with long-lasting benefits.

Every other Tuesday, I send out a letter where I share writings about my life, my practice, and various other thoughts/musings. These usually include some journal prompts, self-care tips, meditations, or other invitations to connect with your own inner wisdom.
